How WhatsApp messages are counted
A message is counted when HoppERP delivers an invoice, receipt, statement or payment reminder to your client on WhatsApp. Failed sends are not counted, and your own staff chatting with HoppERP is free.
Your monthly allowance renews every month. A usage screen shows what you have used and what is left, and you are alerted at 80% and at 100%. When the allowance runs out, WhatsApp sending pauses and e-mail keeps working. You are never billed a surprise amount.
During the free trial, documents are sent by e-mail. WhatsApp sending is switched on within a few days of subscribing, because each company needs its own WhatsApp number and approval of its message templates.
